Your role

As a Technical Support Specialist in our organization, your contributions will be crucial to maintaining our reputation for technical excellence and responsive customer service. You will play a key role in upholding our software standards and fostering a proactive, solution-oriented environment for our clients.

Your responsibilities

  • Multi channel support Provide support via phone, email, support tickets, and remote maintenance, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently. (First Level Suppport)
  • Remote support Offer support for customer projects, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Software implementation support Support the implementation of our software using tools such as Linux, Ansible, Bash, and Lua, contributing to effective solutions.
  • Error analysis and correction Independently analyze and correct software and infrastructure-specific errors under customer-specific requirements, enhancing system stability and user satisfaction.

As we are a start-up, there is the opportunity to take on further tasks depending on your interests and abilities. Some examples are listed below: 

  • On-site software installation Conduct on-site installations of our software, both automatically using Ansible and manually via terminal, tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Quality assurance Implement and oversee tests for quality assurance and improvement of our software. 
  • Test scenario integration Develop, integrate, and execute test scenarios within the software architecture. 
  • Monitoring and testing Monitor automated test scenarios and implement functional tests, ensuring the continuous performance and reliability of our software solutions.
  • IT infrastructure maintenance Maintain and enhance our company's IT infrastructure, including the internal network, virtualization environments, telephone systems, and Office 365 administration.
  • Workflow optimization Utilize your expertise to optimize and automate internal workflows, contributing your innovative ideas to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

Are you the one?

  • Completed training as a qualified IT Specialist, comparable experiences or Degree in Software Engineering/IT or similar fields of study
  • Experience in First/Second Level Support
  • Ability to work in a responsible and independent way and to deal with new tasks, problems and technologies
  • Analytical thinker that collaborates with the team to master challenges
  • Good command of English (at least B1)
  • Good German language skills are required (at least B2)
