Your role

As Team Lead Product Development & Technical Support (d/f/m) you will take on a key position in our company. You will lead a team of eight talented employees and create a working environment in which your team can work efficiently and purposefully. With your sense of responsibility, your understanding of leadership and your expertise, you will ensure that the plans drawn up by project management are successfully implemented with your team. At the same time, you will drive the continuous development of our software solutions and internal processes. Working closely with the CTO and project management, you will ensure that the highest quality standards are achieved and that our projects run smoothly.

Your responsibilities

  • Leadership & organization: You will manage the team in technical and disciplinary terms, promote the development of your employees and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently.
  • Software development: You actively contribute your programming skills (including C++), support the development of software solutions and monitor their quality and testing.
  • Customer management: You analyze requirements, coordinate technical solutions and present them convincingly to our customers.
  • Process optimization & documentation: You identify potential for improvement and ensure clear technical documentation.

Are you the one?

  • Background in software development, either through education, training, or hands-on experience.
  • Strong leadership mindset, with previous experience in team leadership or management roles.
  • Proficiency in C++, JavaScript, and Python, as well as experience with CI/CD, versioning tools, automatic software tests (Pytest) and Linux.
  • Experience with agile development methods would be desirable
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Highly responsible and capable of mastering complex technical challenges through structured analysis and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in German (mind. C1) and English (mind. B2), both written and spoken.
